Returns:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving the product . Please contact us via email describing the reason for return and we will send a confirmation number. Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges without a confirmation number.

 

The first exchange is free of charge. We will refund the price difference if the original item was more expensive than the exchanged item, but we'll ask you to cover the difference if the exchanged item is more expensive than the original.

 

Please note, the exchanged items must be unused and in perfect condition, complete with original product and shipping packaging.

Due to the permanent nature of item personalization, we are unable to accept returns and cannot issue refunds for personalized items.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, inappropriate use, or negligence, as well as expected wear and aging of natural materials and zippers, or the use of any product beyond its intended purpose.
